
6-wk Mindful Self-Compassion course Online with Judith G Soulsby
A short course to learn and practice self-compassion and mindfulness, led by Judith Soulsby, who is an experienced and certified MSC teacher.
We will be working online using Zoom, with a maximum of 15 participants. No meditation experience is needed, but if you have already practised mindfulness, this course will teach you further helpful life skills. We will be learning to treat ourselves with warmth and kindness, especially when we have failed, or feel inadequate. This gentle course is an opportunity to explore how you can improve your relationship with yourself and others, becoming happier with yourself and nurturing your own resilience in life.
