This compassion training programme uses meditations, daily activities, self-reflection and group learning to directly experience self-compassion and learn an approach that can be applied straight away in all aspects of your life – where we really need it! If you want to live more wholeheartedly, are exhausted by your inner critic, feeling discouraged by fear of failure or wishing for more ease in your relationships this course is for you.
Please note this 8 week course is being offered in a slightly different format to best support your engagement and experience, with a full day immersion at the beginning and end of the course. A workbook and my own guided meditations complement the in-class learning.
