8 week Online Exploring Mindfulness and Self-Compassion with Dr Caroline Hoffman
This course containing the key practices of Mindful Self Compassion and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, , providing 16 hours of classroom time on Zoom and home practice and audio mp3s each week. It covers formal and informal practices, some exercises and ways of embedding Mindfulness and Self-Compassion into our lives.
Building our resources, inner resilience and sense of community are essential in these challenging times. The 8 week online course is full of ways to meet the difficulties we may be facing in our lives which could be physical, mental, emotional or in relationship with others.
