Compassionate Body 6 Month Programme for Women who want to Make Friends with Your Body. Starting January 2023.

If you are tired of battling with your body…  If you are fed up with judging your body… If you are exhausted by the constant nagging in your head about the way you look or feel, then you might well be ready for Compassionate Body.

Since I was very little, I’ve had a challenging time being in my body.  You might have too.  It’s been a tough road to travel fighting against this incredible vehicle that transports us through life.  The resistance to my physical difficulties, the chronic pain and the harsh judgements I made on my body has immeasurably added to my suffering.

Compassionate Body is the culmination of over thirty years of self-exploration to make peace with myself and my body.  It is a gently unfolding of body-bullying and a warm embrace to make friends with the skin you’re in, REGARDLESS OF CONDITION!

If you are a Graduate of Mindful Self-Compassion, you may be delighted with the internal changes that have begun since learning MSC.  You may however recognise that you are still battling with the way you relate to your body and how you treat it.  If so, this is the perfect course to help you cultivate a loving and friendly relationship with your body.  We will be offering a Semi-Intensive MSC course in January for you to resit and polish up your MSC skills.  This is an optional extra.

If you are completely new to Mindful Self-Compassion you can still apply for Compassionate Body.  As a bonus, we will also provide you with the foundational skills of MSC before Compassionate Body begins. You must attend this course to be able to participate in Compassionate Body.  This is a pre-requisite.

Compassionate Body will run on Thursdays 7pm – 9pm GMT, starting January 26th, 2023.

If you are attending the Mindful Self-Compassion Semi-Intensive training, this will run on three consecutive weekends, for 3 hours each session, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This will commence on January 6th to the 22nd, 6pm – 9pm GMT.  This includes an experiential MSC Retreat on session 6.
