Drop in Virtual Mindful Self Compassion – Saturday morning
Whether you are new to the concept of self compassion or would like to practice in community, we will be holding two virtual sessions this autumn providing participants with an opportunity to connect and explore how we can bring self compassion into our daily lives.
Saturday 7th October and/or 11th November 10am – 11.45am
Cost: a recommended donation of £10/£15/£20 per session
