Full-Day Mindful Self-Compassion Retreat (Online), with Dr. Natalie Chua
Whether you’re currently practicing mindful self-compassion or looking to reignite your practice, this is an invitation to set aside some time to practise self-care and to deepen our level of self-compassion. Take time to pause and reflect on qualities including gratitude, kindness and compassion with the support of a teacher and among fellow meditators.
This full-day retreat is open to those that have completed an 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion or that have a longstanding self-compassion practice.
