Mindful Nature Connection Workshop (In-Person), with Jiva Masheder
Join us for a summer evening outdoors, connecting mindfully with nature at Chelsea Physic Garden.
Through cultivating the key attitudes of mindfulness, including present-moment awareness and non-judgment, we will explore how mindfulness can help us return to meet the challenges of everyday life with greater ease, connection, and self-compassion.
This session will include:
Guided mindfulness practice.
Mindfulness activities using the garden and nature as inspiration.
Gentle mindful movement and mindful walking.
Periods of silence and group reflection toward the end of the session.

Entry into Chelsea Physic Garden after general public opening hours with the option to arrive early to enjoy the garden at leisure before the session.
