Mindful Self Compassion 8 Week Course Online with Dr. Colette Power

Self-doubt and self-criticism obscure our resources and skills and undermine our confidence and ability to act in the world. The Self Compassion Programme provides the time and space to explore and transform habits and ways of relating to ourselves that hold us back and prevent us from making wise and compassionate choices.

Orientation June 11th (7-8pm). Week 1 June 13th (4-7 pm), 20th, 27th July 4, 11, 18, 25, Aug 1st. Retreat Day Sunday, July 14th  (9.30-12.30 am) Online

The course fee includes a sliding scale from £300 – £250.
