Mindful Self Compassion 8 Week Course Online with Dr. Colette Power
Self-doubt and self-criticism obscure our resources and skills and undermine our confidence and ability to act in the world. The Self Compassion Programme provides the time and space to explore and transform habits and ways of relating to ourselves that hold us back and prevent us from making wise and compassionate choices.
The Orientation for this course is Monday, September 25th (7-8 pm)
Week 1 (4-7 pm) September 27th, October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, November 1st, 8th, and 14th.
