Come and join us for FREE taster sessions online before the start of our 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course in Norwich, starting on Thursday 27 April.

Saturday 25 March 2023: 11am-noon

An opportunity to experience and find out:

  • what is self-compassion and the science behind it
  • a short Mindful Self-Compassion practice and exercise
  • who we are – meet the teachers
  • about the 8-week course and what it includes
  • ask questions

Contact us and we will send you a Zoom link.

Please make sure you are in a private space for your own comfort and for the privace of the other participants. Come a few minutes early to settle. This is will be cameras on space though if that’s not possible, let us know. Please do not record the session.
