Come and join us for FREE taster sessions online before the start of our 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course in Norwich, starting on Thursday 27 April.

- a short Mindful Self-Compassion practice and exercise
- who we are – meet the teachers

Please make sure you are in a private space for your own comfort and for the privace of the other participants. Come a few minutes early to settle. This is will be cameras on space though if that’s not possible, let us know. Please do not record the session.
