Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop (London) with Rosemary Sandham
Join us bright and early this summer as we connect with nature before opening at Chelsea Physic Garden.
This introductory workshop will allow participants to explore some of the essential skills of self-compassion amongst the beautiful surroundings of Chelsea Physic Garden. With time to explore the garden after the session, participants can continue to take mindfulness into the day as it unfolds.
This session will include:
Guided mindfulness practice.
Mindfulness activities using the garden and nature as inspiration.
Gentle mindful movement and mindful walking.
Periods of silence and group reflection toward the end of the session.

Entry into Chelsea Physic Garden after general public opening hours with the option to arrive early to enjoy the garden at leisure before the session.
