MSC Drop-in Practice with Jonathan Ward and Denise Banks

Meeting in community to practice self compassion is one of the ways we can stay connected to each other, and remind ourselves of what we may have learned or are curious about learning.

We invite you to join us for a space of courageous self kindness, a space that it is dedicated to allowing ourselves to be just as we are.

Typically we begin with a settling practice, perhaps a discussion around one of the elements of self compassion, and then a longer sitting practice followed by sharing in smaller groups around whatever insights arose. We may finish with a poem and a final check in. Nothing is set in stone, and it is ok to come and sit with the group and be silent. It is a deep honouring of what you need in that moment.
