About Me

 I am a mindful self compassion teacher and Human Givens Therapist. Through my practice as a therapist I have a deep understanding of how our patterns of behaviour and thought profoundly influence our lives. I have seen time and again how self-compassion can be a key to unlock these patterns to free people to live with more freedom, creativity and ease. I love sharing this exciting discovery with anybody who might find it a gift in their lives.
