About Me

I have been practising Meditation for over 20 years and teaching secular Mindfulness courses since 2014. I have lived and worked at a Buddhist retreat centre, and taught Mindfulness at a breast cancer charity and on behalf of a counselling service. I am also a fully trained Feldenkrais practitioner and offer Awareness through Movement classes and hands on 1-1 treatments.

The practices of Mindful Self Compassion have been fundamental in enabling me to navigate the many changes and challenges of life. There is a zen saying – “life is a straight road with 99 curves”. Self compassion has been a true friend on this road, never failing to support me during difficult times whilst also nourishing and helping me appreciate the good in my life. These practices feel alive, creative and empowering and I am honoured to be able to share them with others.
