I have been practicing mindfulness and compassion in the Buddhist Insight tradition since 1997. I have a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapies from Exeter University and trained in MSC in 2019. I follow the good practice guidelines, and I’m a supervisor for MBSR and MSC with the Mindfulness Network. I find it deeply rewarding to help people in the way that I’ve been helped over the years; my practice shapes my life and heart in every way imaginable.
