Mindfully Living Community
When I found Mindful Self-Compassion, I felt relief; almost like the release of an out breath. I had a sense of coming home after many years of being ‘away’. Now my passion is to help others come home to themselves, and to feel at home in the world.
I am blessed to run the non-profit community organisation the Mindful Living Community where I offer the 8 Week MSC course throughout the year, alongside a variety of other offerings and residential retreats held both locally and internationally.
I am part of the teaching faculty at the nationally renowned Sharpham Trust; I co-created their Self-Compassion programme which has been hugely popular since its launch in 2020.
I was delighted to deliver a TEDx talk on Fierce Compassion in 2021 which you can watch on the official TED website here. Part of my commitment is to nurturing safe and inclusive mindfulness communities that welcome people from all walks of life.
For me, MSC is much more than an 8 Week programme, it’s a way of navigating through this wonderful mystery called life, alongside many beautiful fellow teachers and peers.
