About Me
Natalie is a clinical psychologist, a mindfulness and self-compassion teacher, and a yoga teacher.
Natalie trained to teach the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program with the Centre for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) and has been sharing the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion since 2015. She is passionate about sharing these practices with her students to help them live more balanced, kind, and embodied lives.
Natalie truly values every opportunity to share these teachings and learns as much from her students as she teach. Natalie’s teaching is informed by her daily practice, eastern and western psychology, and her time in retreat.
The Mindfulness Project
The Mindfulness Project is a not-for-profit enterprise, established in 2013 to share mindfulness with as many people as possible in a real and meaningful way.
The Project has brought together a team of the UK’s best mindfulness teachers, offering a wide range of courses, workshops and retreats from their studio in London, live online and beyond.
The Mindfulness Project’s approach is evidence-based and secular, to ensure mindfulness is both accessible and relatable for all. All classes are taught live in small groups for a supportive and enriching experience.
– Evidence-Based – we focus on the science to make mindfulness relatable
– Teaching Excellence – we’ve brought together a team of the UK’s best teachers
– Live Teaching – taught in real-time for a more supportive experience
– Non-Profit – we do what we do because we’re passionate about mindfulness
