I started my coaching journey in 2008 and have evolved my approach through practice, study (incl an MSc) and experience. In 2018, I transitioned out of my organisational leadership role (through chronic burnout) and created Wise Sherpa, where I work with and coach a diverse range of individuals. My coaching is very much influenced by neuro-science and transformational leadership. My areas of coaching interest and expertise include:

I came to mindful self compassion through my burnout journey and have found it a powerful approach to supporting me through the last five years. Coming through and out of the pandemic, I decided to train as a teacher of mindful self-compassion in order to be able to share this powerful resource with my coaching clients, network and community.
