The Mindfulness Project
The Mindfulness Project is a not-for-profit enterprise, established in 2013 to share mindfulness with as many people as possible in a real and meaningful way.
The Project has brought together a team of the UK’s best mindfulness teachers, offering a wide range of courses, workshops and retreats from their studio in London, live online and beyond.
The Mindfulness Project’s approach is evidence-based and secular, to ensure mindfulness is both accessible and relatable for all. All classes are taught live in small groups for a supportive and enriching experience.
– Evidence-Based – we focus on the science to make mindfulness relatable
– Teaching Excellence – we’ve brought together a team of the UK’s best teachers
– Live Teaching – taught in real-time for a more supportive experience
– Non-Profit – we do what we do because we’re passionate about mindfulness
