I am based in Bristol, and am currently offering both the 6 week and 8 week MSC courses online. I am a registered dietitian and nutritionist with many years experience of working in the field of health and wellbeing. I work with a range of different groups, supporting people to make positive lifestyle choices. Having completed the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher Training, I am passionate about sharing the core principles and practices with others.
I have had a daily mindfulness practice for many years, and find the self compassion practices particularly helpful in connecting more compassionately with myself and others, being more resilient to life’s challenges, and living life more fully everyday. I've recently completed the training to deliver the mindful self compassion online 6 week course, and am really excited to offer this online opportunity.
