I am a Certified Teacher and Mentor for the Centre for MSC. I have been teaching the 8 week programme since 2015, having trained with Chris Germer and Kristin Neff via Bangor University. I run public groups in Kingston/Richmond, as well as for The Mindfulness Project, for West London Mental Health Trust, for Mind in Hackney and the Mindfulness Network. I share the benefits of this profoundly helpful programme in all my work : public and private groups, with NHS staff and patients, in the private business sector and for counselling training organisations. I also mentor online for A Course in Mindful Living. Since 2010 I have been running Go Mindfully, offering mindfulness training, residential retreats and counselling/psychotherapy. I trained in teaching Mindfulness at Bangor University though their Teaching Training Pathway, and have have been awarded the Certificate of Competency to Teach Mindfulness.  I am on the UK Teacher Listing and meets the UK Good Practice Guidance for Mindfulness-Based Teachers. I was a Senior Counsellor and group facilitator in Higher Education for 12 years, and am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and registered with the Health Council. My wish is to share mindfulness and self-compassion approaches for wellbeing and greater joy in a way that is accessible, personal and with integrity. This is rooted in my own practice and varied life experience. I am influenced by a broad range of spiritual and wellbeing teachers and have found that in particular MSC integrates the many strands that inspire me in a wonderful non exclusive way.
